Returns & Refund Policy – Gentlemen's Watches

Not satisfied with your order? No problem, you always have the right to return it!

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receipt. Please include the fully completed return form along with the invoice in the package. If the return form is not fully completed, we will not be able to process your return request.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must:

  • Be returned in its original condition, including all labels and tags
  • Show no signs of use
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or handling errors

If there are indications that the product has already been used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will either:

  • Exchange it for another product, or
  • Refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 7 days

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially processed
  • Contact your bank, as processing times for refunds can vary

If you have completed all these steps and still have not received a refund, please contact our customer service team.

Conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • All returns must include a track & trace code, which must be provided at the customer's expense.
  • On the day of shipment, send an email with a photo of the track & trace code to our customer service.
  • The return form must be printed and included inside the package.
  • The product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted.
